Display at Transport Museum for  Heritage Open Day

and Cheetham Cultural Festival

We had a great day at the Transport Museum for Heritage Open Day on Saturday 9th September. The Museum is part of a wonderful heritage tour of the area, organised by the Cheetham Cultural Festival, which ran all weekend . We met lots of visitors who were interested in the photos and the story of where the archive came from and how its recently been cleaned and restored. Project coordinator Lawrence Cassidy even met one of his old neighbours from Clarence Street where he grew up! We always like exhibiting at the Transport Museum – its such a great collection of vehicles and the staff and volunteers are always so friendly! So big thanks to the Transport Museum for hosting the day.
